Achievements include (and not limited to) global cost reduction, process area sharing on BKM, excursions prevention, issue resolutions, etc. Tony took the ASQ CSSBB certification and moved on to the Quality Organization from Year 2013, moving through the various functions within Global Quality organization, and establishing network gains on Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Detection (FD), Control Engineering and Defense Lines Strategies, Incoming Quality Check (IQC), subsequently building a team to cover Control Engineering, and branching out to include QMS (as Business Process Owner), FMEA/QCP, NPI Gate Owner for GQ, Reaction Plan standardization and much more. For the past few years Tony hold the post of Global Quality Snr Manager of Quality Engineering, taking care of Control Engineering (SPC, FD, IOT), FMEA/QCP, Ctrl of Manufacturing, and QMS support for Micron Manufacturing sites. This is further aided by the latest qualification and learnings of ASQ CMQ/OE certification. From 2022 April, Tony took up the challenge and moved to Supplier Quality, taking care of the business processes, systems, solutions & analytics, and HBM3 Materials Owner. In this role, Tony takes care of the CONC reduction effort for Supplier Quality Team, enabled data transformation related to Supplier Quality, and the Main driver for HBM3 Materials. Tony's experience and expertise, in managing a global team in cost, yield, quality and output activities, will put him in an excellent position to provide professional service in Semiconductor manufacturing.
